We ask everyone who trains with us, and anyone who visits, what worked and what didn't. Here is what came back, the good and the critical, and what we did about it.

A score without the number of answers behind it is just decoration, so every figure here says how many people it is based on.

Messages people chose to share publicly. We publish critical ones the same way as kind ones.
Each message is here because the person who wrote it agreed to it being shown on this public website. A name or role appears only if they typed one. To have yours removed, email aiagency@outlook.com.au.
How we handle feedback
- We ask people who took part. After a training session, each attendee gets a personal link to a two-minute form. Answers are not shown with names.
- We show the sample size and the response rate. If fewer than five trainees have answered, or fewer than ten visitors have rated our pages, we show how many but not a score. A handful of answers is not a trend, and a very small group could be identified.
- We never remove a message for being critical. A message is turned away only if it is spam, abusive, shares someone's personal details, or isn't genuine. Every one is recorded with which of those it was, and the totals are below.
- Sending feedback is voluntary and unrewarded. We don't pay for it, offer discounts for it, or ask only happy customers.
- You choose where your words appear. Nothing goes on this public website unless you tick a separate box saying so. We don't add review or star-rating markup to our pages.
- These numbers are small and ours. We are a small operation. This page reports what we have, not a verdict on the whole sector. Read it with that in mind.
