Councils are asked to trust suppliers with operational data and staff time. That is reasonable to be careful about, so here is who we are and where our limits are.
Marco Bruno, founder and lead trainer
Marco has more than 25 years as a data engineer and IT professional across Microsoft platforms, from SQL Server and Azure through to Microsoft Fabric, applied Python and machine learning. Before that came a further 15 years in software, systems and project delivery, including a Training Advisor role inside a Queensland council, assessing technology skill gaps and lifting capability across business units.
AI Agency exists because regional councils now have that same problem with a newer set of tools. Marco personally designs and delivers every training program and is the contact for every training enquiry.

Delivery under pressure
At the turn of the millennium Marco held the leading role in the Y2K upgrade of every system across the Gold Coast theme parks: ticketing, point of sale, CRM and guest databases. It was a large program run against a deadline that could not move, delivered while guests kept arriving every day. The job now is moving council workflows onto AI tools under the same rule: in production, on the job, without the wheels coming off.

- Honest limits. We are a small operation and deliver on site, so we cluster engagements geographically. Neighbouring councils engaging in the same window share travel cost.
